A long-term boarder is any pet
staying more than 14 nights.
There must be a
scheduled exit date.
This is required so that we know when the space will be open for new
reservations. We are unable to schedule "open-ended" long-term
boarders.
Payment for the
total nights of boarding (from check-in date to scheduled exit date)
must be made at the time the pet is checked in.
This can be paid in cash, check or credit card. By providing a
credit card number and expiration date, we can also bill your credit
card at specified intervals if preferred (see below).
Please call us if you need to
change the scheduled exit date. We may be able to accommodate
your request if the space is not reserved for someone else.
If the boarding is being extended for more than 7
additional nights, payment must be made in advance in order to extend
the reservations.
Payment can be mailed to us in advance of the extension or a credit
card number given over the phone.
If you make no attempt to contact
us and the pet is not picked up on the scheduled exit date or if
payment for an extension is not received, we will consider the pet
abandoned: ownership of the pet has been surrendered to our clinic and
we will do with the pet as we see fit. For this reason
it is of extreme importance that you contact us as soon as
possible if you are unable to pick up the pet on the scheduled date.
